Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ParadiCash. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Fair play

You may not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit defects, interfere with matches, impersonate others, harass users, manipulate rankings or balances, access another account, or attempt to bypass security. We may investigate activity and suspend or terminate accounts to protect players and the service.

Public beta and demo balances

ParadiCash currently provides demo play only. Gourdes displayed in the application are simulated, cannot be purchased, withdrawn, transferred outside the service, or exchanged for money, and have no cash value.

Features may change during the beta. Any future real-money or payment functionality will require separate notices, additional terms, regulatory review, and explicit activation.

Game results and availability

Server-verified game records control results, timers, forfeits, tournament advancement, and demo-wallet settlements. We work to keep ParadiCash available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network problems, device failures, or third-party outages may temporarily affect play.

Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of profile photos and messages you provide. You grant ParadiCash the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content as part of the service. Do not upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms, with notice when a change is material. You may stop using ParadiCash or request account deletion. We may restrict access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinued service.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. ParadiCash is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized conduct, unsupported devices, connectivity failures, or third-party services beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
