Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ParadiCash handles information when you use our website, mobile application, five-in-a-row matches, tournaments, live viewing, wallet, and support features.
Information we collect
- Account information: username, name, email address, password hash, and optional phone number, country, profile photo, or avatar.
- Social sign-in information: when you choose Google or Facebook login, we receive your provider identifier, name, email address, and basic public profile information. We never receive your Google or Facebook password.
- Game and service activity: matches, moves, results, timers, invitations, tournaments, live-room activity, mailbox messages, and demo-wallet transactions.
- Device and security information: device identifiers supplied by the app, session records, IP address, and security or login events used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, operate matches and tournaments, preserve game history, provide support, deliver service messages, investigate abuse, and improve reliability. Google and Facebook profile information is used only for authentication and account setup. We do not sell personal information or use social-login data for advertising.
Demo Gourdes and payments
The current public beta uses simulated Gourdes with no cash value. Real deposits, withdrawals, MonCash, PayPal, and other payment providers are not active. This policy will be updated before any real-money service is introduced.
How information is shared
We disclose information only when needed to operate ParadiCash with infrastructure, email, authentication, security, and support providers; to comply with law; or to protect users and the service. Google and Meta process information under their own privacy policies when you use their sign-in services.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, dispute prevention, legal obligations, and accurate financial or game records. You may request account and personal-data deletion at any time. Some records may be retained when required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, but they will no longer be used for ordinary account activity.
Security and choices
ParadiCash uses access controls, encrypted network connections, password hashing, protected session tokens, and monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You may update profile information in the app, disconnect ParadiCash from Google or Facebook through those services, or request deletion using the page below.
Children
ParadiCash is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a minor provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
