Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your ParadiCash account and associated personal information, including an account created with Google or Facebook.
How to submit a request
- Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your ParadiCash account.
- Use the subject ParadiCash account deletion request.
- Include your ParadiCash username. Do not send your password, Google password, Facebook password, or authentication codes.
- Respond to any identity-verification message we send. Verification protects accounts from unauthorized deletion.
What happens next
After verification, we will disable the account and delete or anonymize associated profile information, social-login links, active sessions, device registrations, uploaded profile content, and ordinary mailbox data. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Records we may retain
We may retain limited security, game-integrity, transaction, or legal records when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms. Retained records are restricted and are not used to continue ordinary account services.
Disconnecting social login
You may also remove ParadiCash from your Google Account connections or Facebook Apps and Websites settings. Disconnecting a provider stops that provider’s future access but does not by itself delete the ParadiCash account; use the deletion process above for complete account deletion.
