1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ParadiCash and any related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.
2) Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you:
a) are at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling/gaming in your location, whichever is higher);
b) are legally permitted to use online gaming/gambling services in your jurisdiction; and
c) are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
We may request proof of age and identity at any time.
3) Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4) Virtual and Real-Money Modes
ParadiCash may offer:
a) Virtual Play/Demo Mode (using virtual credits with no real-world value), and/or
b) Real-Money Mode (using deposits and withdrawals via supported payment methods).
If Real-Money Mode is enabled, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and you may lose money. Deposits are not refundable except as required by applicable law or where a verified payment error occurred.
5) Game Rules and Outcomes
ParadiCash offers casino-style games (including roulette and other games). Each game may have specific rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a verified technical malfunction, error, or exploit, ParadiCash may void affected bets/rounds and correct balances as necessary.
6) Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
a) use bots, scripts, automation, or any method intended to gain an unfair advantage;
b) exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or system errors;
c) collude with other users;
d) engage in fraud, chargebacks for legitimate transactions, or other abusive activity;
e) use the Services for money laundering or any unlawful activity; or
f) create multiple accounts to abuse promotions/bonuses.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.
7) Deposits, Withdrawals, Fees, and Chargebacks
If Real-Money Mode is enabled: deposits and withdrawals may be processed by third-party payment providers; you are responsible for any fees charged by banks, wallets, card issuers, or processors; and withdrawals may be subject to verification and security checks.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without a valid basis, ParadiCash may suspend your account and recover associated costs, including provider fees and investigation costs.
8) KYC / AML Verification
To prevent fraud and comply with legal and payment-provider requirements, we may require identity verification (“KYC”), which may include government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and/or source-of-funds information (when required). We may restrict deposits or withdrawals until verification is completed.
9) Bonuses, Promotions, and Referrals
Bonuses and promotions may be subject to wagering/playthrough requirements, limits on eligibility and payout, time limits, and anti-abuse rules. If we reasonably believe a bonus was obtained or used improperly, we may remove the bonus and/or related winnings.
10) Responsible Gaming
Gambling can be addictive. You are responsible for controlling your play. ParadiCash may provide tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. If you need help, contact support@paradicash.com and seek local responsible gaming resources.
11) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, we suspect fraud/cheating/unlawful activity, required verification is not completed, or we must do so to comply with law or provider requirements. Where allowed, remaining balances may be paid out after verification and security checks.
12) Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, designs, and logos on ParadiCash are owned by or licensed to ParadiCash. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without permission.
13) Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including games, features, and availability, without liability to the extent permitted by law.
14) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParadiCash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. If liability cannot be excluded, ParadiCash’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.
16) Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (to be provided on the website).
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Haiti)
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Haiti, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you agree to contact us first at support@paradicash.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively before the competent courts located in Haiti, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If any part of this section is prohibited by mandatory law in your jurisdiction, that portion will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable law, and the remaining portions will remain in effect.

A) Currency
All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction displays may be shown in HTG and/or USD (or another supported currency) depending on your account settings and available payment methods. Exchange rates, if applicable, may be set by third-party payment providers and may include fees or spreads.
B) Language
The Services may be offered in French, Haitian Creole, and/or English. If translations are provided, the English version will control in case of inconsistency, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
C) Restricted Jurisdictions
Access to the Services may be restricted in certain countries, regions, or territories. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ParadiCash is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may block access, suspend accounts, or refuse transactions where we believe use is prohibited or restricted.
D) Technical Integrity and Error Correction
In the event of system interruptions, data transmission issues, or other technical errors, we may pause games, suspend betting, or correct account balances to reflect the intended outcome of valid game rounds. We may also take reasonable steps to investigate suspicious activity and preserve platform integrity.
